Family, friends, or other sources may add funds into these accounts using the U.S. Postal Service and Western Union.
Via U.S. Postal Service: An inmate’s family and friends can choose to send inmates funds through the mail and will have to send funds to the address below and follow the directions written below:
The deposit must be in a money order made out to the inmate’s full committed name and complete eight-digit register number. It is advisable to use a post office money order, since all non-postal money orders processed through the National Lockbox will be subject to a 15-day hold, during which the inmate will not get the funds. The Bureau of Prisons will send back any funds that don’t have appropriate prisoner information provided the envelope you sent it in has an adequate return address. Checks and cash will not be deposited to the prisoner’s account so do not send any checks or cash.

You will also receive any ongoing information by mail or email.
