From I-40 East (Harriman): Travel I-40 East to Exit 347. Take U.S. Highway 27 North from Harriman to Wartburg. Go approximately 16 miles. Turn right at the first stop light (junction Highway 62 East.) Follow Highway 62 East for approximately two miles. Turn left onto Flat Fork Road. Follow road for approximately two miles to MCCX/Morgan Site.
From Knoxville: Travel I-40 to Exit 347 (Harriman). Take Highway 61/27 through Harriman. Take Highway 27 at split of Highway 27/61 to Wartburg. At the stop light, turn right onto Highway 62. Go approximately five miles.
From Oak Ridge: Travel I-40 to Oak Ridge Exit. Take Solway to Highway 62. Go through Oak Ridge to Oliver Spring. Turn right at stop light. Follow Highway 62 for approximately 12 miles.

Family, friends, or other sources may deposit money into these accounts by sending it by Western Union or by mail.
Via U.S. Postal Service: An inmate’s family and friends can to send inmates funds by way of postal mail and will have to send the money to this address and do so in accordance with the policies written below:
The deposit must be in a money order that is made out to the inmate’s full committed name and complete eight-digit register number. You are advised to use a post office money order, since all non-postal money orders processed through the National Lockbox will be kept for a 15-day hold period, in which the prisoner will not get the deposit. The Bureau of Prisons will return to the sender any funds that don’t have valid inmate info provided the envelope has a return address. Checks and cash will not be accepted so don’t send cash or checks.

The Department of Justice Victim Notification System (VNS) is a system that provides victims with information pertaining to their case and/or any defendants in the case. You will receive a Victim Identification Number (VIN) and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will allow you to access VNS via the internet or by phone. Here, you will find information about future court hearings, historical court events, and detailed information about the defendant. This will include criminal charges filed, the outcome of charges, sentence imposed, custody location, projected release date and any other release information. The VNS website is updated daily. You will also receive any ongoing information by mail or email.
